IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The Maureen Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation reserves the right to refuse the entry of any player registering for the "Little Mo" Sectionals, Regionals, Nationals and Internationals, reserves the right to not invite a player to the next round of the "Little Mo" circuit and the right to default any player during any "Little Mo" tournament. This determination will be based primarily on unsportsmanlike conduct on and off the court by either a player, parent, coach or anyone connected to the player. However, other instances may arise, other than unsportsmanlike conduct, that could result in the same outcome.
The "Little Mo" tournaments are in honor of Maureen "Little Mo" Connolly, who was known not only for her victories but for her outstanding sportsmanship on and off the court. Your participation in the "Little Mo" tournament should reflect this gold standard of behavior.
Eligibility
Players must live in the United States or Puerto Rico and play in the "Little Mo" sectional according to where they live or have another permanent residence. (The "Little Mo" follows the USTA boundary lines.) Players must be able to speak basic English and keep score in English. If you are from another country but training in the United States, you must have a permanent residence in the USA for at least 6 months. For any questions, please email: Cartennis@aol.com or call (214) 754-7065.
Videotaping of Matches
A parent may videotape their child's match only if the opponents parent has given their permission. If the opponents parent does not grant permission to videotape, the parent is only allowed to videotape their own child. Taping matches of other players not related to you, permission must be granted from the parent of each player on court.
WAIVER AGREEMENT
Acceptance of my entry in any tournament organized by the Maureen Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation (MCB), including but not limited to the "Little Mo" and "Mini Mo", is without responsibility of any kind by MCB, its board of directors and officers. This includes all tournament venues, tournament directors, volunteers, and sponsors.
I do hereby, for and on behalf of myself and my heirs and legal representatives, release and forever discharge MCB (its board of directors, officers and representatives), tournament venues, tournament directors, volunteers and sponsors from any and all claims, demands, and injuries, however arising, whether caused by the negligent or intentional acts of MCB and its representatives or other sponsoring entities, or by third parties, which injuries may be in any way related to my activities during the tournament and any period traveling to and from the event, and all such claims are hereby waived and released, and I covenant not to sue, therefore. I also give MCB and its "Little Mo" and "Mini Mo" Tournament Directors permission to use any photographs and video of players for publicity and promotion.
