MCB Programs

The Maureen Connolly Brinker Tennis Foundation is dedicated to furthering tennis and junior tennis programs.  The foundation is proud to organize and sponsor the following programs:

• "Little Mo"  Nationwide circuit for boys and girls 8, 9, 10, and 11 & under
• "Little Mo"  International Open (Worldwide tournament for boys and girls 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 & under)
• "Mini Mo" Nationwide tournament for boys and girls ages 5-10 using low compression balls (red/orange/green dot) on shortened courts & full court.
• MCB Girls' 14 National Championships (girls 14 and under)              
• MCB Cup (U.S. vs. Australia for Girls 14)
• Maureen Connolly Challenge Trophy (U.S. vs. Great Britain for Girls 14/16)
• Maureen Connolly Cup (ladies 55 team competition against all nations)        
• Tennis Competitors of Dallas (league program for 6,000 ladies)
• Metroplex Tennis League (league program for 1,500 businesswomen)

The foundation presents the following awards:

• MCB Outstanding Player award at the USTA Girls' 18 Nationals
• The Phyllis Brennan Award for "Outstanding TCD Volunteer"
• Mary Lowdon award to Outstanding Junior Girl in Texas
• Art Foust travel grants at DTA Junior Banquet
• Sportsmanship awards at many tournaments such as Children's Cancer Fund Tournament

The foundation gives support to:

• Dallas Tennis Association
• International Tennis Hall of Fame
• Texas Tennis Hall of Fame
• USTA Schools Program
• National Junior Tennis League for inner city youth
• Wheelchair tennis / Deaf tennis
• McKinley Cup
• Deserving young tennis players for travel to national tournaments
